Mandatory Documents Required

1. Visa Application Form – Duly filled and signed
2. Passport – Valid for at least 6 months with minimum 2 blank pages
3. Photographs – 2 recent photos (2.5 x 2.5 inches), white background
4. Cover Letter – Mentioning travel dates, itinerary, and purpose of visit
5. Flight Reservation – Confirmed or dummy round-trip air ticket
6. Hotel Booking – Covering the entire stay period
7. Travel Insurance – Minimum coverage of EUR 30,000

• Leave approval letter from employer

If Self-Employed

• Last 6 months business bank statement

If Student

• NOC from school/college
• Valid student ID card

If Retired

• Personal Bank Statement (last 6 months)
  • Minimum balance: INR 1.5 – 2 lakhs
• ITR / Form 16 – Last 3 years

• Invitation letter from Turkey (if visiting family/friends)
• Marriage certificate / birth certificate (if traveling with family)
• Property ownership documents (to show strong ties with India)
