The MPNP has introduced a temporary process for expressing interest and applying to the International Student Entrepreneur Pilot (ISEP) until the MPNP Online system upgrades are completed. Here’s a step-by-step guide to navigating this interim process:

1. Review the ISEP Interim Process Map: Download and review the detailed map for a comprehensive understanding of the process.
2. Prepare Your Expression of Interest (EOI): Gather all necessary documents and information to complete your EOI for the ISEP.
3. Submit Your EOI: Follow the instructions provided to submit your EOI electronically.

Steps for Application Submission:

4. Receive the Letter of Advice to Apply (LAA): If you are selected, you will receive an LAA with specific instructions for submitting your application.
5. Complete and Submit Your Application: Submit all provincial and federal forms electronically. Ensure you include all documents listed in the Instructions and Document Checklist.
– Note: The MPNP might require verification of your net worth and financial details through a designated third-party service provider. Your LAA will specify if this is necessary.
6. Submit Supporting Documents: Mail or deliver in person the hard copies of your supporting documents.
7. Pay the Application Fee: Pay the application fee of $2,500 at the time of submission.

Post-Submission Steps:

– Application Assessment: The MPNP will assess your complete application and arrange an in-person interview as part of the evaluation process.
– Receive Approval Letter: If your application meets all the requirements, you will receive an approval letter via email.
– Sign the Business Performance Agreement (BPA): Before MPNP grants final approval, you must sign the ISEP-BPA to proceed with your business plan.
