SINP Canada Skilled workers who meet the following requirements as per the SINP Point Calculator and do not currently have a job offer in Saskatchewan but are highly skilled in a field that is in demand are placed in this subcategory. While the criteria may alter at any time, they also apply to the ones that were posted on this page at the time your application was received.

A $350 non-refundable application fee must be paid online. It is the final stage in the application submission process.

Below are the points that every applicant should take care of.

• You prove your legal status in Canada or you reside outside of the country.
• Have not filed a refugee claim, and Have at least a 60-point SINP score out of 110.
• Possess a minimum Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) language score of 4. Certain businesses may require language scores higher than CLB 4.
• Have finished an apprenticeship, training program, or post-secondary study equivalent to what is offered in Canada.
• Hold a diploma, certificate, or degree (You must apply for Saskatchewan licensure (See Regulated Occupations and Licensing Requirements) if you completed trades or job training as part of your high school education. For education received outside of Canada, you must submit an educational credential assessment (ECA) from a designated organization (See the IRCC’s list of approved organizations).
• Possess high-skilled job experience outside of occupations listed as excluded.
• You must have completed a minimum of one year of full-time, paid work experience in a skilled occupation within the last ten years that is related to your field of study, with at least thirty hours per week. Your employment history must have been in a highly skilled (NOC “0”, “A”, or “B”) occupation that Saskatchewan was deemed to be in demand for at the time of your application. • Your work experience needs to be relevant to your field of study and profession (for further details, see SINP Requirements Related to Professional Status or Licensure).
• Documentation proving your professional status or eligibility for licensure may be required.
• Possess a settlement strategy and evidence of settlement monies.

Expression of Interest

An Expression of Interest (EOI) must be submitted in order to apply for this subcategory. Your application will be included to the pool of qualified applicants for the EOI if it is submitted successfully. Not every applicant who files an EOI for an International Skilled Worker will be given the opportunity to apply for the SINP.

The probability of obtaining an Invitation to Apply (ITA) is ascertained by the point scores linked with an EOI profile. In the candidate pool, those with high scores will stand a better chance of being invited to apply. If you are invited to apply, you will have to submit evidence to back up the points you claimed in your EOI. You need to maintain your eligibility for a nomination by fulfilling the requirements of the EOI Selection that yielded your ITA.
